To make the red panda crochet beanie, you’ll need the following materials:
• 100% acrylic yarn, worsted weight (amounts and colors listed in the pattern)
• Crochet hooks: 4.00mm, 5.00mm and 7.00mm
• Tapestry needle & scissors
• Sewing pins and/or stitch markers

Pattern Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Other skills to be familiar with: basic crochet stitches (sc, hdc, dc), decrease and increase stitches, magic circle, and crocheting with two strands of yarn held together, sewing separate crochet pieces together and crocheting with fuzzy or "blanket" yarn.

Size Chart:
Toddlers 2T-4T: fits heads approximately 18-19” circumference
Children 5-10 years: fits heads approximately 19-20” circumference
Teen/Adult Small: fits heads approximately 20-21” circumference
Adult Medium: fits heads approximately 21-22” circumference
Adult Large: fits heads approximately 22-23” circumference

More about the hat: This hat is made from a base of simple hdc stitches worked in the round from the top down. The face details and ears are sewn on separately. You can choose to make the hat with or without the scarf attachment.
