PROCESSING:

All eyes are hand painted to order and will take a minimum of 24 hours to be painted and completely dried before they can ship. Orders placed after 12pm, EST., will not be processed until the next business day. Normally, I ship Monday through Friday ONLY and offer expedited shipping for rush orders, weekends and holidays upon request.

 

Turnaround times vary slightly based on the volume of orders I currently have. If there is a delay in shipping for any reason, I will notify you ASAP. Processing times vary throughout the year especially during the holidays. All eyes are painted in the order they’re received (unless you have an expedited order).

 

Shipping time is separate from the processing time. Processing time is based on how long it takes me to paint your order. Shipping times are controlled entirely by UPS/FEDEX. To calculate the total turnaround time for your order, you must add my current processing time (listed on the banner at the top of every Hand-painted Eye shop page) to the shipping option you select.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING:

USA Ground takes 2-5 business days to reach its destination PLUS processing time (which can vary slightly depending on my order volume). At checkout, you’ll receive an estimated time frame of arrival for your package after it has been processed and put in the mailbox.

 

PRIORITY SHIPPING:

Choosing Priority shipping will not guarantee your order will be the next one shipped. I can rush some orders, but I can’t sacrifice the wait time of others by a dramatic amount. Priority Shipping is usually 1-3 business days.

 

TRACKING:

All orders will be shipped with a tracking number. Once an order is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
