I thought the pattern was a real item and I bought it by mistake, can I have a refund?

Because these patterns are digital goods delivered instantly via Internet download, I generally don’t offer refunds on patterns. Refund requests made after you have downloaded my pattern will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for mistaken or accidental purchases will be issued at my discretion. Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

 

Please, read the entire listing description very carefully before moving to checkout.

When will my Digital Pattern arrive?

Once your payment fully clears (this could take minutes, hours, or days, and I have absolutely no control over it) your new pattern will be sent automatically to the email address you used at checkout.

 

If you've waited until payment fully cleared, and you still can't find your pattern, it could be tucked in your spam/junk folder, so please give that a quick peek. If it's not in there, please send an email to topstitchescrochet@gmail.com, or use the contact form on the "Say Hi" page to let me know there was a hiccup.

I'm happy to send another copy of your pattern to your preferred email address anytime.

When will my safety eye order arrive?

All eyes are hand painted to order and will take a minimum of 24 hours to be painted and completely dried before they can ship. Turnaround times vary slightly based on the volume of orders I currently have. Shipping time is separate from the processing time. To calculate the total turnaround time for your order, you must add my current processing time (listed on the banner at the top of every Hand-painted Eye shop page) to the shipping option you select.

Can I have a refund or Exchange my Safety Eye Order?

If for any reason you aren't happy with your eye order, you may request a refund. I offer refunds or exchanges with no questions asked for damaged packages. (You must send photos of the damaged package and the damage to the product and return the product via mail to me within 30 days).

 

If you ordered the wrong size eye, don't like the eyes (sadness!), or the color is too different from what you need, or you just want something else, I may accept an exchange upon request. Send me an email or use the contact form on the "Say Hi" page to let me know how I can help make your order right.
